二 | 项目自启动以来，已分批吸纳多所高校大学生挂职履职，落地阅读文化推广、青少年暑期托管等各类活动数十场，实现青年成长与社区发展双向赋能。“通过担任社区书记助理，我看到了自己走上社会后可能会遇到的一些问题，今后我会持续改进。”李森说。海天社区书记助理、大二学生王康睿，初来时被扫楼、跑网格、调解纠纷的琐碎事务“撞了一下腰”。不到一个月，他就明白“单打独斗”行不通，萌生了组建团队的想法。大学生们的快速蜕变，离不开社区“导师”的手把手带教。凌云社区党支部书记王李丽说得直白：“从怎么打招呼不显得冒昧，到怎么让项目落地，你得带他走一遍全流程。”海天社区党总支书记陈露萍则强调“唠嗑”的功力：“社区工作的钥匙，是跟居民唠得上话。”正是在这样“掏心窝子”的传帮带中，青年们逐渐从治理的“旁观者”变成了嵌入治理链条中的“青春齿轮”。自2024年“领航计划”启动以来，白杨街道累计吸引14所高校、800余名大学生扎根社区。三年来，大学生社区书记助理累计开展网格巡查超2000次，举办睦邻议事、便民服务近百场，推动社区议事效率提升40%、民生响应提速50%。
